      Discover the exciting world of mountain biking in the bike park!

      Our beginners course is perfect for anyone who wants to ride in a bike park for the first time.

      In this course we offer you an intensive 4-hour training to give you the necessary know-how and skills for safe biking.

      Our courses take place in small groups with a maximum of 7 people to ensure individual support.

      Requirement:

      • Basic fitness for cycling for 4 hours
      • Be able to ride a bicycle safely “normally” (not a complete newcomer to bicycles)
      • Age for course: min. 8 years
